Manama, March 5 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh stressed the importance of the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the United States of America.
He stressed the strategic importance of the visit, which came in light of regional and international developments, stressing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s endeavor to develop partnership and cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He said that the visit “shows the depth of bilateral relations between Bahrain and the United States and reflects the level of joint cooperation to face regional and global challenges,” stressing the defense partnership and economic and trade cooperation.
Al-Saleh praised the keenness of His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister to strengthen Bahraini relations and alliances, praising the results of his important visit to the United States of America.
He affirmed the Shura Council’s keenness to support the efforts of His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister to increase cooperation with the United States as a strategic ally of Bahrain to maintain international peace and stability.
