what are you going to do

Our Senior Supply Officer is responsible for managing purchase orders and sales and maintaining prices in order. In addition to marking all stock and barcode discrepancies and managing remedial actions

Basic tasks:

Purchase orders and transfers:
– Processing all purchase orders in the CORE transaction system
– Create a correct transmission system for this movement (from warehouse to store, within stores, between countries, back to vendor, temporary stock loan)
Follow up with suppliers and update the back-order system
– Keep system history up to date at all times
Brand support demands to ensure prompt actions and remedies for merchandise movement requirements
– Initiate basic re-orders if needed to maintain coverage

Sales order processing:
Receipt of sales orders and registration in the control list
– Ensure that all customer shipping requirements are fulfilled
Issuing relevant documents and following up with customers for shipment of goods
– Issuing the invoice after completing the sales order
Prepare credit note and other documents as required
Coordinate among employees from warehouse, office and sales to get any clarification to process sales orders accurately
– Perform information data entries required to produce monthly report numbers and KPIs

Managing pricing and promotions:
– Ensure that price maintenance (price reduction, promotions in stores) is done correctly and on time in the system
Escalation of problems in maintaining prices (eg promotions)
– Follow up and ensure timely update of Lists / SKU in the system of promotions, special marketing events and discount period
Ensure that replenishment requests are loaded in a timely manner while ensuring correct inventory is requested in the system during peak period to maximize sales
– Coordination with stores for barcode and label variations

drop shipping:
– Raise purchase orders for shipments from the supplier directly to the customer

Incoming stock variance:
Determine the causes of discrepancies in invoice matching in the system (price or quantity), escalate to the RDBS manager to decide on resolution if necessary and introduce new invoices into the system to resolve discrepancies
Raise alternative purchase orders or debit/credit notices in the system as instructed by the RDBS manager
Resolve defects on the warehouse side by analyzing the available data and using in-house tools, and suggesting corrective actions to prevent future similar problems that may arise at the supply chain level
– stock readiness
Coordinate with Store Operations for all cleaning/closing operations in the system as a prerequisite for the Store Control Team
