This is an important requirement for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international construction consultancy firm, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor/Management Surveyor with commercial and contract savvy, interested in pursuing a career in claims. You will need strong communication skills, along with excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, planning and contract management. Your duties will include reviewing records and time impact analyzes to create and report on the validity of claims proposals, developing claims narratives in coordination with site base teams and negotiating claims with employer teams.
requirements:
• Appropriately qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Stable experience working as a quantity surveyor with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• MRICS and/or MCIArb (or follow-up) is preferred.
