Charterhouse is working with a well-established holding group in Qatar that is looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development of the brand and corporate communications strategy across the group’s subsidiaries. Candidates with a real estate background are encouraged to apply.
This role will be responsible for building the marketing strategy which includes setting the annual marketing budget, allocating the budget and tracking progress, and reporting performance against targets for the group. As this role will manage the marketing plans for various brands across a range of industries, prior experience working for a holding group with a focus on real estate would be highly desirable. A large part of the role will be to create campaigns and safeguards that help increase brand ownership across the holding group and consistency in how the brand is perceived. In addition, this role will play an active role in supporting the business development activity, conducting market research and working with the various department heads to create viable business plans in order to close new deals.
Our client is looking for an individual who is able to quickly assimilate different concepts and bring brands to life through creative communication strategies and storytelling.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably a background in the real estate industry or working in a holding group. The successful candidate should have solid experience and expertise in all aspects of marketing including; Traditional and digital marketing, social media, public relations and event planning. Strong knowledge and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office software is essential for this role.
Due to the requirements of this role, strong preference will be given to bilingual English/Arabic speakers.
