The purpose of the role:
Support marketing value generation activities by developing and applying the generation of complex customer insights, complex modeling and retail activities. Answer important business questions about marketing/sales funnel improvement, customer retention, prioritizing business investment related to customer value management and identifying opportunities, etc. projects. Create sustainable models and participate in the continuous improvement of the predictive analytics framework. Leverage insights gained from analytics into actionable business recommendations. Measure the marketing-related activities of the Verified Mechanism, act as a custodian of the models used for the Verification Mechanism activities and ensure accuracy and optimum performance of the models.

Main Responsibilities and Responsibilities:
Manage data mining activity across the organization in collaboration with related functions and identify opportunities, leveraging DM capabilities to improve customer quality, revenue, bad debt retention, and enhance customer lasting value.
Implement industry standard data mining processes to improve efficiency.
Provide predictive knowledge using data capabilities and models to enhance business (ripple, segmentation, tariff optimization, next best offer)
Develop and maintain LTV and Survival models for marketing actions.
Manage and develop intelligent customer DNA for business procedures.
Develop appropriate segments and blocks for marketing actions
Use social media analytics to identify the right communities, enhance marketing efforts, and product penetration
Datamining ecosystem management.
Work closely with the marketing sector and CVM team to define objectives, actions and provide intelligent input and insights using business intelligence capabilities.
Provide predictive knowledge using data capabilities and models to enhance business (ripple, segmentation, tariff optimization, next best offer)
Development and maintenance of CDNA, LTV and Survival models for marketing actions.
Developing and implementing different marketing sectors.
Own and measure the incremental outcome of IDV activities compared to the Unified Controller (UCG) and act as the official source for reporting on these KPIs
Liaise with other functions to develop strategies for using data mining capabilities to generate and protect revenue, improve customer quality and for predictive analytics
Engage with Tec DWH for BI operations as per Service Level Agreement
Engage with technology management and planning team and implement various Dubai Municipality initiatives as required.
Collaborate and align with the Group’s data mining strategic initiatives and policies.
– Engage with peers in the group and affiliates and share knowledge and models
Implement the recommendations of the group’s commercial team and fulfill the requirements as per their guidelines. Proactively manage and motivate the team to be highly professional and results-oriented.
– Working on improving employee performance through personal training and identifying training and development needs.
– Assign reporting staff as required.
– Conducting annual performance evaluations (performance management system) and ensuring that specific objectives are monitored and achieved.

qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Intelligence, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, or any related discipline.

other information:
7-8 years experience required
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Mining
Strong experience in data mining.
– Strong statistical background.
Strong knowledge in Communication, Marketing.
Proficient in BI DWH, Teradata or other database systems.
– Analytical strategic thinking skills and creativity.
Ability to multitask, set priorities effectively, manage stress and solve problems.
Strong experience in coaching and team building
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural and multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
Knowledge of current data warehouse technologies, concepts, and products.
– Fluency in written and verbal English, Arabic will be an advantage
