Job summary and purpose
Primary focus on implementing, supporting and maintaining a human resource information management system. The specialist acts as the technical point of contact for the information systems that support the planning and operations of human resources. Works closely with HR and IT experts to ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Major accounts:
Maintain HR Data Matrix: Develop and maintain HR Data Matrix, to ensure appropriate access/rights are granted within HR departments and other departments, when needed.

HR Functional Analysis: Maintains current knowledge of HR processes, policies, procedures, processes, activities, laws and regulations related to employment. Apply functional knowledge of HR in improving support for HR information systems.

Improve projects/processes: Recommend process/workflow improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or key differences from established policy. Use project management skills and project management software in project management.

Workforce Planning and Forecasting: applies knowledge of human resource information systems and data in extracting and analyzing current, historical, and forecast data to support strategic workforce planning.

Reports/Queries: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or inquiries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in developing standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and data analysis. Dedicated focal point, to ensure that all departments within HR have an approach to obtain reports/analytics when needed. Generates the most used reports for each department.

Training: Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Training employees and managers/supervisors/administrators on new processes/functions. Training of new users of the system.

Scoping Development: Developing scopes from start to finish to create solutions to efficiently implement solutions. Provide validation checks and smooth workflow to effectively meet requirements and prove temperature.
Liaise with each department within the HR department to make an assessment of current policy and implementation requirements, and to identify and deliver the most appropriate solution with a consistent approach within all organizations.

Research: Maintaining awareness of current trends in human resource information systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies. Study trends in training in information systems, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any other field. Certification from an accredited institution is a plus.
expertise:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in SAP, Successfactors, Power BI . preferred
• Knowledge in various areas of software applications such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, etc.
