Role and requirements
In order to grow EY’s successful TD business, we are looking for experienced Transformation Delivery Consultants (Senior Consultant/Associate Manager/Director/Senior Manager/Director Level) who will be responsible for:
Customer Responsibilities
Prepare PMO, SMO, TMOs including operating model, organization structure, policies, procedures and processes.
Knowledge of project management tools, system implementation and business requirements including business process design, testing, and end user training involving multiple stakeholders across functions.
Manage and deliver large scale transformation programs and projects for time, cost and quality.
Lead and manage the delivery of key projects and portfolio activities throughout the lifestyle from inception to closure.
Build valuable relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a business portfolio by focusing on high-impact opportunities.
Ensuring consistent delivery of excellent, high quality work products by EY teams, providing a platform to build and maintain our global brand, reputation and purpose.
Act as a subject resource in one or more areas, utilizing your knowledge and experience to shape services to clients.
Lead presentations, workshops and proposals for medium to high complex projects and provide topical insights for bids and proposals in related areas.
Create innovative business insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to suit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.
Drive improvements by taking responsibility for quality and risk management initiatives at the engagement/account level (QRM), ensuring project teams understand and comply with our Q&RM requirements.
Owns and monitors all project risks and issues and takes appropriate action
Managing and directing the team throughout the engagement period.
Ability to link projects and portfolios with strategic KPIs and closely monitor them to ensure achievement of key objectives and benefits.

Client account management activities such as staffing for the project team, managing the financial aspects of client engagements, quality and risk management.
Build valuable relationships with clients and colleagues to help create new business opportunities for EY
Lead and support presentations and proposals for elements of medium to high complex projects to potential and existing clients.
Communicate effectively with EY senior management and work to build, manage and motivate high-performance teams;
Understand EY’s service offerings and effectively identify opportunities to better serve our customers;
Build strong internal relationships within consulting and across other service lines;
Support team development activities.

Understand, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures
To effectively perform this role, we are looking for people with knowledge and experience in the following areas
Approximately 6 years of experience in management consulting or similar advisory role in industry or public sector
Approximately 8-15 years of project management experience to manage and deliver large projects and transformation programs, including project planning and control, resource management (including project financing), benefits realization, etc.
The ideal candidates will have multidisciplinary experience including project management, strategy management, transformation management, business process design, solution testing and end user training.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven track record of managing complex stakeholder programs.
Good understanding of project management and change management principles.
Strong third-level educational qualifications, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management
You will also have to:
Additional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2® or PMP, ERP and SAP.
Additional areas of interest include process improvement, agile methodologies, and feasibility study development.
Master’s degree in Project Management, Strategy Management or MBA.
