Our Business Transformation team assists clients with their organizational challenges to support the implementation of their strategic plans and company visions within the built environment. We achieve this by providing support across three core areas:

Strategy and operating model design

– process improvement

– People Consulting

Situation Summary

Your main focus will be to lead the day-to-day activity in our posts, build our business transformation and team development. The role is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities / Responsibilities:

Contribute to the profitability of our business, by identifying business development opportunities with existing and potential clients.

– Identifying new and integrated service opportunities, and providing the best of our global business and technical fields to our clients in the Middle East and beyond.

Use your knowledge and experience in specific sectors to develop innovative value propositions.

Work within traditional and agile project environments with a high degree of ambiguity and a proven track record of high quality delivery.

Directing project implementation to deliver an agreed service in line with client expectations.

Project management of all aspects of time, cost and quality for our consulting projects.

Managing stakeholders and motivating alignment and procurement across our projects.

Building lasting relationships and influencing senior colleagues and clients in leadership roles.

Building strong internal relationships across the SNC-Lavalin business.

Work with our technical advisors, engineers, planners and commercial consultants to deliver integrated offerings to our clients.

Leverage data and technology to provide innovative solutions to client challenges.

Contribute to positioning our business transformation services across the Middle East by developing thought leadership and social media presence.

– Provide guidance and training to our junior staff; Lead people-related initiatives including recruitment and retention of consulting professionals.

education

Learners to a degree level qualification, qualification or equivalent experience, preferably a degree in business administration or other related field.

Qualifications/Professional Experience

General 4-7 years experience for Senior Consultants

Experience in the built environment, with specific experience in key capabilities (strategy, operating model design, business process management, people consulting, venture capital excellence) in management consulting and consulting environments or a related position with a transferable skill

Experience in one or more of our main sectors

Proven track record in many of the following areas:

Develop a target operating model

– Current state assessment, benchmarking, and gap assessment against best practices

– Strategy development (at the departmental or organizational level), operational planning, performance management

Mapping the customer journey, services, organizational or managerial scope, and process framework

Organizational design and organizational scaling

Develop managerial roles, responsibilities and job descriptions

Develop competency frameworks and conduct competency assessments

Develop governance frameworks, including committee structure and terms of reference, delegation of authority, and three lines of defense

Develops detailed processes in Visio, ARIS or other BPM tools, standard operating procedures, and work instructions that improve organizational efficiency

Technical competencies

Solid understanding of one or more of our key sectors

Organizational Planning and Agility: Accuracy of the length of scope and difficulty of projects, realistically aggressive setting goals and objectives. Compensating for roadblocks and looking to see the impact on affiliate activities, with ability to prioritize workload while being flexible and able to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ability to analyze data and provide insightful practical solutions

Take advantage of qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve business problems

– Skills and experience in link management.
