Our client is a well known entertainment company based in Bahrain and they are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their team.

Work summary:
The position holder is responsible for acquiring, negotiating and securing sponsorship partners and ‘naming rights’ agreements with the company’s local and international businesses, and is also responsible for delivering growth and achieving sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the company’s CEO to identify business opportunities.
• Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s revenue streams through trading partners.
• Establishing brands and visibility across the company which can be included in the sales platform.
• Pricing the company’s assets that can be offered in exchange for sponsorship.
• Identify potential key partners for Right Naming and Sponsorship agreements.
• Manage all aspects of the agreed sponsorship and naming rights agreements.
• Ensure that all the company’s obligations are handed over to the partner and receive all obligations in return.
• Identifying Value Added opportunities that can be offered to new and existing partners.
• Work closely with Marketing and PR managers to produce artwork and sponsor vision requirements.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all vision care is not damaged or removed during the term of the agreement.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts with full knowledge of new locations and competition status.
• Implementation of local sales programs through the development of field sales action plans.
• Liaise with the Marketing Manager, to ensure that sales opportunities are visible across all Al Dana Amphitheater social media platforms.

Requirements and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Have detailed knowledge of local and international businesses with contacts that can be used to secure sponsorship and nominate suitable partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Arabic) and interpersonal skills.
