SaaS Area Accounts Manager (Levant) – Jordan based
Goal:
Win cloud/SaaS sales revenue from new enterprise applications (ERP & HCM) in line with sales revenue targets and ensure renewal and growth of existing SaaS customers; To develop and maintain a long-term relationship between Oracle and specific customers to support the enterprise’s line of applications for business revenue growth.
area:
– Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager in the Levant
Leads the activities of the virtual teams, including pre-sales, in order to ensure customer support
Works on a specific client list and collaborates with fellow salespeople
Identifies and covers all organizations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their assigned account list with a focus on building a robust pipeline and closing opportunities in a timely manner in the Jordan and Lebanon region
Works with the right Oracle partners
Works with pre-sales, marketing, and other lines of business (LOBs) to maximize the return model for a custom account group
Support the Customer Success Manager to ensure value adoption for existing SaaS customers
Allocates resources and plans new business deals
Responsibilities:
Gain cloud/SaaS sales revenue from new enterprise applications (ERP, HCM) and over-delivery in line with goals
Giving accurate visibility to sales management, forecasting and reporting on a weekly basis
– Facilitate and nurture senior management relationships to generate active sponsorship for Oracle
Develop a sales strategy and plan to handle specific accounts or industry requirements
Develop target account profiles
– Identify and lead transformational deals in key accounts
Defining appropriate enterprise sales industry value propositions for enterprise solutions (ERP, HCM)
– Drive the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns. Allow generation and follow up of new leads
Qualifying potential clients and prioritizing opportunities
Create C-level relationship and develop cloud adoption in key accounts
Maintaining an understanding of Oracle’s strategic direction and interpretation of its relationship to industry
Maintain awareness of Oracle’s current and future applications/technology products and services
Maintain an understanding of competitive activity relevant to the industry sector
Knowledge and competency requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in Enterprise IT sector, covering large accounts/complex deals
– Proven track record of selling enterprise applications
Good knowledge of lands and key accounts in Jordan and Lebanon
Ability to understand strategic points of selling enterprise applications (ERP & HCM)
Cloud solutions sales experience preferred
– Fluent in both Arabic and English
Exaggeration of revenue targets
– Strong selling skills. Including justification for action, negotiation and closing
– Beginner, quick to learn and well aware of technology trends, industry standards and jargon
– Excellent account management and organizational skills
