Baghdad, Jan. 28 (BNA) Iraqi police sources said that several missiles fell in the Baghdad International Airport complex near a nearby US air base today, Friday, causing damage to at least one civilian aircraft.
Police sources did not report any damage or other injuries. They said the damaged plane was an Iraqi Airways plane that was out of use.
The official Iraqi News Agency, citing the country’s aviation authority, reported that there was no travel disruption, Reuters reported.
