Conduct sourcing activities to fill job vacancies through the likes of Linkedin, Bayt and Gulftalent
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Advise the candidate on corporate benefits, salary and company environment
Manage respective pools of candidates to ensure that qualified candidates continue to participate in current or future opportunities
Manage the interview process directly with candidates to ensure that they move effectively through the process.
Negotiate final offers with the candidate and submit formal job offers
Demonstrate the ability to exchange ideas with the internal team through meetings and discussions fluently.
A keen eye on fine details enthusiastically provides efficient sourcing solutions.
A skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment schedules and the onboarding process.
A proven track record of searching for the right talent for companies and organizations.
Adequate in deciding the most appropriate interview arrangement according to the current recruitment scenario
