Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying from a recognized university
Engineer approval.
2. Accredited graduate studies in quantity surveying will be an advantage.

B. Experience

1. At least 15 years of experience in surveying construction related quantities, including 7
Years in similar surface and groundwater networks, utilities, road construction projects or their equivalent.
2. Experience should include sanitation projects in large-scale infrastructure uses,
Sanitation, sewage, surface water, sewage and road networks construction.
3. Experience in the preparatory monthly evaluation of a construction project.
4. Experience in evaluating and evaluating contractor claims.
5. Good documentation of records.
6. Preparation for submitting all special guarantee requests, voice claims, and claims to Ashghal and closing the project.

C. General

1. Must have the ability to use computer technology to analyze data, keep records,
Analyze financial data and generate reports.
2. Must have proficiency in both written and spoken English.
