is one of the top 4 international engineering consultancy, looking for QHSE facilities to work in AlUla, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
– Prepares reports, risk assessments and audits and monitors all activities and policies related to QHSE within the site.
Ensures that operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with federal, provincial and corporate safety regulations by integrating and implementing corporate and third party QHSE policies and procedures.
Conducts post-incident investigations and liaises with the QHSE Director and others until all work items are closed.
– Files QHSE and is involved in business risk analysis and continuous improvement.
Provide quality, health, safety and environment support in the workplace during emergencies. Direct work activity ceases when there is an immediate threat to quality, health, safety and the environment.
Facilitate and/or assist the facility operations team and staff in complying with all relevant QHSE policies and procedures through training, audits, assistance to HSE committees, toolbox meetings, accident investigations and follow up of corrective actions.
Education and rehabilitation:
• Educated to degree level in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management or
Equivalent.
• Qualified in auditing management systems.
• Experience working within an airport project.
• At least 7 years experience.
• Ability to work well with others and continue to achieve results under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility quickly.
• Clear distinction in oral and written communication.
• Outstanding motivational skills and people management.
• Real leadership skills needed to achieve ambitious goals.
