Job description and summary
Provides support to the project manager in project management
Coordinates with operations team for availability of lecturers and material requirements
Maintains internal project management documents
– Formats and edit educational materials
– Ensures technical and content accuracy of documents
– Coordinating the publication and distribution of educational materials
Assists in preparing, distributing and summarizing attendance reports, feedback forms and certificates
– Keeps accurate records in ADM and LMS
Responsible for arranging logistics for project teams and SMEs to deliver the courses/program (flights, hotels, transportation)
Provides general administrative support
– Conducts research and adds to existing resource library/e-books
Assist SMEs in developing program content by searching for relevant content within PwC’s resources (white papers/publications)
Course management activities including:
– Starting to open job codes
Summarizing the course evaluation/feedback
Preparing progress reports related to all client projects.
Prepare billing instructions (CBI)
Registration in the customer portal
– Upload invoices into the customer portal
– Logistic arrangement for the coach – booking flights and hotels
– Adding courses in Abu Dhabi Municipality and updating attendance in Abu Dhabi Municipality
Coordinate client delivery such as course materials (instructor slide, participant workbook, post-course reports)
Processing visas for SMEs and related resources
Summarizing the course/program evaluation report and preparing a post-session report

Business graduate with at least 2 years of course management experience in a vocational training services (combined internships/part-time/full-time positions accepted)
High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy especially with Excel, Word, MS Project and Powerpoint
Familiarity with Administrate or other CRM platforms would be an added advantage
– Excellent spoken and written English language skills
– Arabic speaker will be a plus
– Excellent business writing skills
Advanced management skills in order to establish and maintain systems for effective service delivery
– In a friendly, professional manner
– Meticulous and meticulous approach with extreme attention to detail
– Ability to work effectively under pressure
– Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
Flexibility in working hours (evenings and weekends when required)
