Description
* Liaise with key stakeholders regarding strategy implementation
* Coordinate and implement local business development initiatives, market area initiatives, market management/sales process/customer segmentation, etc.
* Coordination and local implementation of private banking initiatives
* Business Partner IT and BPM applications for private banking are deployed on onshore locations in the Middle East.
* Business Monitoring: Reporting, analysis and planning for KRIs / RM goals and reviews / Budgeting process / Referral cases / Special projects (eg analysis of performance related issues) / Initiation and monitoring of cost initiatives
* Support RMs to complete enhanced due diligence requirements, PEP assessment, and RRRP assessment
*Director of the ARM Team in Qatar
* Allocate resources across RMs in collaboration with the team leader
* Support business risk management while controlling operational risks in line with industry best practices and standards
