Prime Minister’s Award for Journalism motivates journalists, promotes press creativity: Shura Chairman

Manama, May 14 (BNA): Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, affirmed that the Prime Minister’s Prize for Journalism is a milestone in the Bahraini press’s long journey, as it has become an incentive to motivate media professionals. Showcasing the creativity of Bahraini journalists in practicing freedom of opinion and expression, and consolidating the values ​​and principles of democracy and freedom of the press that flourish during the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Al-Saleh expressed his pride in the great strides made by the press in the Kingdom within the framework of His Majesty the King’s reform project, highlighting the remarkable progress achieved by the Bahraini media and press.

The Speaker of the Shura Council praised the interest of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Permanent Prime Minister, to support the vital and important roles played by the national press, noting his keenness to include it in government achievements and pave the way for it. their way to contribute to the promotion of the development process.
