WSP Middle East is currently looking for an Organizational Performance Management Specialist to support organizational performance, develop KPIs and align with the Vision 2030 Realization Program throughout the project lifecycle.
A normal week includes:
* Provide planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting for the entire project
* Provide direction, direction and expert assistance to planning staff, interact with the client, attend periodic meetings, and submit statistical reports
* Develop, implement and maintain planning, processes, procedures, systems, tools and compliance control
* Resources and project planning team management
* Provide direction and guidance to resolve planning and issues as they arise
* Provide regular summary reports to the Project Management team to provide awareness of key project parameters, and assist with exceptions
* Supporting organizational performance, developing key performance indicators, and aligning with the Vision 2030 realization program
We would love to hear from you if you have:
A degree in civil engineering with at least 6-8 years of experience after graduation
* Previous experience in project management
* Good knowledge and experience of the project life cycle of mixed use projects with regard to planning, cost and schedule control
* Good knowledge of design process and construction methodologies
* Experienced project controls professional with good technical skills (eg critical path, earned value, etc.)
* Experience in Primavera P6 application, knowledge of Primavera Contracts Manager in mixed-use development projects
