This role will be aligned with SaaS – Human Capital Management Solutions in the Middle East.
What will you do?
Partner and lead the sales team throughout the sales cycle to demonstrate the commercial value of a SaaS – Human Capital Management solution
Leverage industry knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support desired outcomes for your customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that key business requirements and drivers of clients are fully understood and addressed
Design, deliver, and demonstrate Oracle SaaS – a human capital management solution for a diverse range of external and internal stakeholder audiences
Focusing on overcoming obstacles to achieve the desired result and customer satisfaction.
– Stay informed and increase your skills and knowledge in SaaS – Human Capital Management Solution and Modern Presentation Technologies
Handling the competitive landscape and dealing with objections
– Ensure smooth delivery of successful execution to clients
Represent Oracle as a trusted expert, providing information on existing and new products through workshops and at customer or industry events
Drive the strategic growth of ECEMEA applications through an effective contribution to the SE community

7 years of experience as a pre-sales or implementation consultant on enterprise transformation projects or 12 years of experience in human capital management consulting.
Very good understanding of the interaction of human capital management solutions with other solutions, such as: finance, projects, sales or any other.
Experience in implementing or demonstrating HCM software (Oracle, Workday, SAP, Infor, etc.) is desirable but not a requirement.
HCM practitioner experience is an added advantage.
Previous work experience in sales, pre-sales, product management or a consultant role will be an added advantage.
Ability to apply technology to drive innovation and experience leveraging design thinking and mapping the customer journey
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
– Fluent in English (other languages an added advantage)
