Work collaboratively with the Senior Operations Manager, other stakeholders and external suppliers in order to produce a world-class FM service to support the network.
Take a leadership role in FM network line planning and service delivery standards.
Monitor contractor, internal and delivery performance against KPIs.
Imposing an audit and governance system for all service delivery and reporting on outputs by station and line.
Focus on developing service quality, performance management, and productivity across the line to include performance measurement, performance reporting and reviews (including cost and control review)
Lead and actively engage with all employees to maintain global standards of performance, productivity and service excellence through clear direction, effective communication, coaching, performance management and coaching.
Ensures full engagement with client operations team and client facility management contract managers to handle line issues and establish lasting relationships.
Develop strong written knowledge, monitor activities, anticipate changes and cascade information for continuous improvement, innovation and value addition.
Engage in client meetings and work collaboratively to directly resolve problems and concerns, manage change, strengthen relationships, and implement initiatives.
Effectively manage risks, conduct regular internal and joint inspections and establish SOP exercises to maintain the highest standards of safety and procedural knowledge.
Develop and implement a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facility management delivery and continually review them for improvement.
Contribute to the compilation of the financial department’s scope budget and critically reviewing it.
Monitor change control requirements for the line and adhere to established contractual processes.
– Proven experience in Operations as Operations Manager or other similar position
Experience in performance management and operations FM
Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
Proficient in MS Office and Relational Databases and Software
