Manama, October 5 (BNA) The Governor of the North, Ali bin Sheikh Abdul-Hussein Al-Asfoor, called for intensifying efforts to ensure high accreditation as a healthy city.
He said that A’ali has all the credentials to be accredited and pave the way for recognition of the Northern Governorate as well as the “Health Governorate.”
This came during the visit of the North Governor to a health center. He thanked the head of the health centers, Dr. Jalila Al-Sayed, for arranging the visit.
He stressed the importance of strengthening primary health care through the “Choose Your Doctor” program, which contributes to strengthening relationships between practitioners and patients.
He called for cooperation with the mobile unit to provide services for people with physical disabilities, the elderly, as well as those who are overweight, and urged campaigns to give booster injections.
