Northern Governor receives residents at weekly Majlis

Manama, May 18 (BNA): The Governor of the North, Ali bin Sheikh Abdul-Hussein Al-Asfoor, received in the weekly council dignitaries, citizens and members of Parliament.

The governor of the North confirmed that the governorate will organize a summer activity program aimed at promoting national spirit and national values.

The Governor of the North indicated that the participants in the summer activity will be guided by innovative quality programs that will help them search for future jobs in cooperation with the government and private sectors, namely the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Education and the Arab Open University. To strengthen community partnerships.

According to the Governor of the North, part of the summer activity is dedicated to people with special needs, in cooperation with the Bahraini Autism Society, the Bahraini Motivational Team, and the Bahraini Association for the Sports Deaf.
The Governor of the North praised the people of the region for their constructive response to the weekly council and its various annual programmes.
