NIHR President receives Non-Resident Australian Ambassador

Manama, June 28 (BNA): Head of the National Institution for Human Rights Eng. Ali Ahmed Al-Dirazi received the Australian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain residing in Riyadh, Mark Donovan. He welcomed him and briefed him on the institution’s work, objectives and competencies.


They also discussed cooperation and joint coordination with regard to human rights issues.


The Australian ambassador expressed his thanks for the warm welcome, praising the role of the National Human Rights Institution in protecting and promoting human rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He wished Bahrain and its people further growth and prosperity.
