Manama, Aug. 14 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,963.84 points marking a decrease of 9.02 points below the previous closing.
This decrease was due to the drop in the Communication Services Sector, Financial Sector and Industrial Sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 763.50 points marking a decrease of 5.62 points below the previous closing.
Results indicated that 114 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,864,650 worth BD 2,094,693.
Investors traded mainly in the Material Sector representing 68.08% of the total value of securities traded.
