30% of Suhail housing project’s units booked on Housing Finance Exhibition’s first day

Manama, June 16 (BNA): The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the reservation of 30% of the “S’hail” residential project, which was inaugurated by Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa yesterday.

Units of the “Es’hail” project, the first project to be implemented under the government’s land development program, were booked during the first day of the second housing finance exhibition that was held at City Center on June 15 and 24.

According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, citizens who meet the eligibility criteria for its financing services have informed the “Suhail” pavilion at the exhibition, adding that those who have reserved their units will have to complete the purchase procedures during the next few days. .

The ministry stated that the high turnout of citizens and the large number of units booked from the “Es’hail” project on the first day of the exhibition reflects the objectives of the government land development program in providing a supply base for housing units that suit the needs of the state. The value of financing granted by the Ministry to citizens, as the value of housing units does not exceed 99,000 Bahraini dinars, adding that the eight commercial banks participating in the exhibition offer exclusive offers to help citizens choose housing units immediately.

The ministry revealed that more than 2,000 citizens had visited the Housing Finance Exhibition on its first day, and were briefed on offers by real estate development companies of units, apartments and residential areas.
