Legal researchers informed about services enjoyed by inmates

Manama, July 9 (BNA): During her recent visit to the General Directorate of Correction and Rehabilitation and the Detention Center, some legal researchers were briefed on the services and facilities provided to inmates and detainees and their rights stipulated in the law. The services are part of efforts to reintegrate inmates into society.

The visit was organized as part of a training program by the Public Prosecution to inform the participants of the workflow to help them acquire the required skills.

The researchers were also briefed on health care services, treatment and handicraft training provided to the inmates.
