Manama, June 25 (BNA): Minister of Social Development, Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, praised the efforts led by Interior Minister Lieutenant General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa to combat drug trafficking.
He referred to Bahrain’s commitment to the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in order to enhance society’s awareness of the dangers of this scourge.
He referred to the participation of the Ministry of Social Development in supporting national efforts to highlight the importance of combating drugs and psychotropic substances in order to build a drug-free society.
