Manama, July 5 (BNA): The Tenders and Auctions Committee of the Jaafari Endowments Directorate organized a public session to open the door for bids in the endowment auctions for the month of June 2023.
The session was broadcast live on the administration’s digital platforms for the applicants and the public to see all the proceedings of the session, as the committee received 105 bids on 12 endowment properties.
Yousef bin Saleh Al-Saleh, Chairman of JWD, praised the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the follow-up of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of all state houses. Worship.
He also praised the support of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs and the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.
Al-Saleh said that the Al-Jafriya Endowment Directorate is moving forward with offering real estate for lease and endowment investment according to the bidding system, in line with best practices.
He added that all details of real estate offered for investment have been provided, in line with the Directorate’s efforts to achieve endowment development and effective contribution to economic and social development in the Kingdom.
Anwar Saeed Al-Haddad, Chairman of the Tenders and Auctions Committee, confirmed that this session comes in implementation of the royal directives to enhance transparency in all management affairs, especially leasing and investing endowment properties.
He pointed out that the endowment real estate auctions for the month of June included 12 real estate complexes and endowments in Mahooz, Abu Saiba, Shakhoura, Jannusan, Jid Ali, Damistan, Southern Sehla, Tashan and Al-Maqsha.
He added that the bids will be studied and the necessary recommendations will be submitted to the Economic Development Board for approval.
