The Ministry of Works announced that the repaving works of Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Expressway under the Crown Prince Bridge for traffic heading north to Manama necessitate closing some lanes in stages as follows:
1. Closure of the express lane from the Crown Prince roundabout heading to Manama and the free detour designated for traffic coming from Manama from Tuesday 18 July at 11:00 pm to Thursday 20 July at 06:00 am.
2. Closure of the slow lane and the sliding lane leading from Crown Prince Road to Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Road for traffic coming from Riffa towards Manama from Thursday, July 20 at 11:00 pm until Sunday, July 23 at 05:00 am. .
