Manama, Mar. 2 (BNA): His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Holding Company, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, issued a decision appointing Ayman bin Tawfiq Al-Moayyed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Holding Company. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Company for Ship Building and Repair (Asri).
This decree comes within the framework of the Oil and Gas Holding Company’s endeavor to rely on national competencies to promote development in its associated companies, in line with its future strategies and for the sake of sustainability.
