Musk posts poll for edit button on Twitter, CEO asks to vote carefully

SAN FRANCISCO, Apr 5 (US): Tesla Inc CEO Elon Musk posted a poll on Twitter on Monday, asking users if they wanted an edit button.

The survey comes after Musk disclosed a 9.2% stake in Twitter earlier in the day, worth nearly $3 billion, making it the largest contributor to the micro-blogging site, Reuters reports.

“Do you want an edit button?” Musk asked in the tweet.

In response to Musk’s survey, Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal tweeted that the consequences of the survey would be significant. “Please vote carefully,” he said.

On April 1, Twitter tweeted a message on its official account, saying it was working on the much-anticipated “Edit” feature. When asked if the tweet was a joke, the company then said, “We can neither confirm nor deny but may amend our statement later.”
