Manama, Mar. 17 (BNA): Minister of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture, Wael bin Nasser Al-Mubarak, praised the cooperation of Bahrain Polytechnic students with the National Center for Maritime Culture in building the smart farming ponds project.
The minister made an inspection visit to find out the efforts of the Polytechnic students in using artificial intelligence in building the smart culture ponds project.
A team of various academic disciplines, graduates of the Polytechnic University in the field of artificial intelligence, built the Smart Culture Ponds project, in cooperation with the National Center for Mariculture.
The latest technology has been introduced to measure the physical properties of cultured water, raising its quality as one of the main pillars in the success of fish production.
Water plays a vital role in the project as an incubator for fish that live in large quantities in a specific environment rich in nutrients and biological and physical variables.
