Create new investment opportunities and create and protect equity value for investors, partners and stakeholders in the healthcare sector within the designated area and in close cooperation with the central functions of the group;
? Initiate and condone market studies, business plans, financial models, and relevant studies and proposals;
? Lead a small team of financial experts and healthcare professionals to develop and structure healthcare infrastructure projects in the private sector,
? Initiating and maintaining contacts with the local investor community;
? Lead international teams to implement projects and coordinate internal VAMED functions and external partners
? Participate and/or lead negotiations with various project participants (members) including public sector entities.
University degree in business administration, law, economics, finance, or any health-related degree or similar fields;
? Several years of experience in project development or advisory/advisory business for an international consulting and auditing firm or experience in private equity/investment banking;
? Strong analytical and structural skills; Experience in business planning and modeling.
? Ability to work in multicultural teams
? The background and market know how within the healthcare sector and access to the investment community in the region is an added advantage
? Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, English is essential – additional languages are an added advantage;
