Manama, April 14 (BNA): In implementation of the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to launch a plan to develop places of worship throughout Bahrain, open them, restore and renovate them. The head of the Sunni Endowments Council, Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed bin Fetais Al-Hajri, announced that 30 Sunni and Jaafari mosques have completed maintenance work on Al-Nisf Mosque in East Riffa and Al-Fadhel Mosque in the Manama market.
Dr. Al-Hajri stressed the keenness of the Sunni Endowment Authority to implement development projects for houses of worship according to the specified timetable to ensure the comfort of worshipers in performing their prayers in a spiritual atmosphere. He praised the keenness of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to maintain mosques and their readiness to receive worshipers.
