Charterhouse is pleased to work with a leading international company in their search to hire a Learning and Development Facilitator to help plan, implement and manage programs that train and develop their employees.
Within this position, you will work closely with Human Resources to design and implement learning, development and process programs in line with the organizations culture and goals. It will be your primary duty to evaluate and evaluate the effectiveness and response of the programs you develop to ensure increased organizational effectiveness.
You will support and motivate employees to ensure that they receive support in their training and meet the needs of their role. It is your responsibility to measure the effectiveness and responsiveness of the programs you implement, identify any performance gaps and report to the Learning and Development Specialist.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. It is essential to have experience in developing and designing leadership programs. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of training processes, adult learning theories, and principles of instructional design.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a keen attention to detail, creativity and interpersonal skills.
