What will you do:
– Installation, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting and repair of large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and utensils
– Ensure optimum and continuous operation by performing routine inspections and maintenance; Identification, repair or replacement of faulty components
Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential problems and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and make repairs
Create and enter properly documented records of inspections, maintenance procedures and repairs
Maintain an up-to-date inventory, making sure tools and equipment are properly maintained
Stay informed of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times
– Adhere to the standard operating procedures manual and management standards
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Responsible and very reliable
