Khalid bin Hamad honors Bahraini athlete Maryam Jamal with gold medal of 2012 London Olympics

After that, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan delivered a speech in which he welcomed the attendees and wished the Bahraini athlete every success in the upcoming races. The event also included a keynote from the half who expressed their sincere congratulations on this achievement on behalf of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, noting that this achievement came thanks to the support of the wise leadership of the sports movement and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad. Then His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored the Bahraini athlete with the gold medal. For her part, Maryam Jamal expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Khalid for his support throughout her career, explaining that this official ceremony is a testament to His Highness’ support.
