Our client is a newly built UK private school in Bahrain which started its operations in 2017 with a capacity of 3100 students. The team behind the school has over 25 years of experience in the educational field and has other schools in the area as well. They are currently looking for an EYFS School Teacher.
This is an exciting opportunity to suit up as an innovative professional with exceptional teaching skills, excellent knowledge of the curriculum and I am delighted to be part of the founding teaching team of this exciting school. It is essential that you understand the pupils’ strengths and needs, as well as create a positive learning environment in the classroom. In addition, your role is to develop and enhance appropriate skills, leadership and social capabilities to enable them to develop optimally according to their age, abilities and competence; Parents and partners for a comprehensive approach to student support.
General Responsibilities

• Commitment to staff and student welfare, parent education, and support for the development of a strong community culture
• Respect and maintain all aspects of professional confidentiality
• Undertake such tasks as may be reasonably required demonstrating a flexible approach
Qualifications and experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent (PGCE is a plus)
• Teaching license from the homeland or other recognized certificates
• Experience of British / British / International Baccalaureate curricula
• Strong knowledge of the curricular area, understanding of teaching methods and teaching methods
• At least one year of teaching experience
• International experience desirable
