Manama, May 16 (BNA) The Iraqi Oil Minister said today, Monday, at an industrial event, that Iraq aims to increase its oil production to six million barrels per day by the end of 2027.
Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar said Iraq, one of the world’s largest oil producers and a member of OPEC, has suffered because the “wrong market environment” discourages investment in oil and gas.
