Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): The Minister of Interior, Lieutenant General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, received today the Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command, the Fifth Fleet and the Combined Maritime Forces, Lieutenant General Brad Cooper.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs attended.
The Minister of Interior welcomed the American official, praising the security cooperation and exchange of experiences within the framework of the strategic and strong relations between the two countries. During the meeting, they reviewed security cooperation to enhance joint operations.
