Industry Minister hails Bahraini-French economic relations

Manama, Feb. 1 (BNA): The Minister of Industry and Trade, Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, met with the President of MEDEF and the President of the Fives Group, Frédéric Sanchez, in the presence of the President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bahrain, Jean-Christophe Durand. As part of his official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting, the minister praised the economic relations between Bahrain and France, which culminated in joint economic agreements, noting the role of the French International Federation, in cooperation with the French Chamber, in supporting these relations.

Then the members of the Chamber gave a detailed explanation of the tasks and objectives of the International Federation and the French Chamber and their role in promoting French-Bahraini economic development, in addition to discussing and reviewing a number of issues of common interest.
