Dubai, Feb. 14 (BNA): Minister of Industry and Commerce Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro attended a panel discussion within the framework of the World Government Summit held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In his speech before the session, the minister stressed the importance of achieving the sustainability of the industrial sector and strengthening regional and international cooperation.
He highlighted the measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to mitigate global challenges affecting supply chains, in implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince. and prime minister.
He stressed the importance of supporting the localization of industries and investment, especially the targeted industries within the industrial sector strategy (2022-2026), praising the role of the private sector.
The minister urged the private sector to establish investment alliances within the framework of the integrated industrial partnership for sustainable economic development in the United Arab Emirates, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
