Job description and summary
A career in Information Technology, within the company’s internal services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our employees to work more efficiently and provide the highest levels of service to our customers. You will focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client-facing and internal applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the company to drive strategic business growth.
Our IT development team assists in developing and supporting internal IT systems and applications for use by all levels of employees. You will help our team develop software and applications that meet PwC’s strategic technology needs using your knowledge of the application’s technical areas.
In this role, the successful candidate will:
This role will manage the end-to-end delivery of managed cloud services to internal PwC clients. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a wide range of customer teams on onboard cloud services. You will act as a liaison between the end customer and the technical and management personnel of the managed cloud services. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role where you will interact with a variety of internal teams to support our clients. In addition to managing services, you will lead the change in the culture and practices of teams to adopt fast and continuous delivery practices.
You will provide thought leadership for the development and implementation of a new operating model for services that move to the cloud. You will lead delivery teams in embracing digital transformation and enable PwC to foster a more collaborative and agile way of working internally and with service providers.

It will manage the services provided as they migrate to Azure.
As a key program stakeholder, you will work closely with the teams implementing the program, providing service inputs, but also training in their transition to Agile practices.
As a team leader, you will define new models and operations.
Working in a team, you will assist in defining and implementing the necessary structures, roles and responsibilities within teams.
Your role will define the cloud-centric and performance metrics that will track the effectiveness of the services we provide to our customers
You will work with our operational teams across the IT organization to get the most out of our skill set.
As an agent of change, you will positively influence the culture of teams, and help them adopt new technologies and ways of working.
qualifications
You have experience in the following areas:
Working in a customer-facing role in a service-based role
Leading teams providing services that move to and rely on the cloud
Good technical understanding and ability to keep up with rapidly changing market trends
– Proven track record in P&Ls management and financial forecasting
Produce impressive documentation including target operating models, service designs, service descriptions, processes, and procedures
Experience managing DevOps teams and continuous delivery
– Using the SAFe Agile framework
Cloud Engineering
qualifications preferred
Experience in technical program or project management.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills to communicate successfully with clients and colleagues. This role will require the creation of content such as presentations, project plans, and other written output.
– Proven track record of stepping up quickly in a sophisticated and challenging role.
– Elaborate troubleshooting skills at different levels of complexity.
Experience managing multi-level application stacks from the operating system to custom applications.
Experience Azure service offerings.
Experience in service level reviews, reporting and management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment.
Presentation skills. High degree of comfort with large and small audiences.
High level of comfort in effective communication across internal and external organizations
education
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related experience.
Certifications in AWS, Azure, and GCP
language
– Fluency in spoken and written English. Arabic is an advantage
Comprehensive experience
More than 6 years of experience working in client service facing a service delivery / technical account management role with a high level of accountability.
More than 6 years of experience in a customer facing technical role (design/implementation/consulting) in a cloud service provider, managed services provider or managed hosting provider.
