Budapest, Jan. 31 (BNA): The Hungarian government awarded the Hungarian Foreign Minister, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Hungarian Medal of Honor, in recognition of his efforts in developing friendship and expanding joint cooperation.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Shejjarto, handed the medal to Dr. Al-Zayani, who is currently on an official visit to Budapest, in appreciation of his role in Bahrain’s support to Hungary during the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic, which had a significant impact in saving lives and economic recovery.
Dr. Al-Zayani expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Hungarian government, and pride in the strong bilateral relations that bind the two countries.
