Manama, October 13 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister issued today Resolution No. 53 of 2021 amending some provisions of Resolution 21 of 2020 regarding the regulation of joint financial services. .
Article (1):
The terms “Office” and “Office” replace the terms “Office” and “Office”, respectively, when they appear in Decree (21) of 2020 on the Regulation of Common Financial Services.
Article 2):
Clause (2) of the first paragraph of Article (2) of Resolution (21) of 2020 regarding the regulation of joint financial services shall be repealed.
The ministers, the head of the Civil Service Bureau, and those concerned – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this decision, and it shall come into effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
