HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (4) of 2023

Manama, Jan. 29 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Resolution No. (4) of 2023 appointing the Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture as a minister responsible for real estate affairs. Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) before the legislative authority, after the approval of the Council of Ministers.

Resolution (68) for the year 2021 regarding naming the minister responsible for the Real Estate Regulatory Agency before the Legislative Council was canceled.

The Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs and the relevant authorities, each within his jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this decision, and it shall come into effect immediately, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
