Manama, Feb. 28 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Resolution No. (10) of 2023 to amend some provisions based on a proposal by the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning. and after the Council of Ministers’ agreement.
According to the decree, a new article (Article Two bis) will be added to Resolution No. (56) of 2022 issuing a regulation regulating building areas throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain. It should be as follows:
“License applications prepared in accordance with the provisions of the zoning regulations for building throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain issued by Decree No. (28) of 2009 will be accepted as long as they are submitted before September 1, 2023.”
The concerned parties – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this decision, and it shall come into effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
