Manama, February 22 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, directed that the Bahrain Drag Racing Club’s non-compliance be referred to the Public Prosecution.
The decision follows a review of the criminal audit report submitted by the National Audit Office (NAO) regarding non-compliance within the Bahrain Drag Racing Club.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad stressed the importance of strengthening accountability and responsibility while instilling principles of integrity and professionalism to preserve public money.
His Highness referred to the role of the office in promoting best practices in all public sector entities.
