Housing Ministry, Shaikh Zayed Housing Programme discuss cooperation

Abu Dhabi, Jan. 26 (BNA): The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Amna bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, visited the “Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme”, as part of her current visit to the United Arab Emirates.

During his meeting with the director of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, Mohammed Al-Mansoori, the minister affirmed the depth of the brotherly relations between Bahrain and the UAE.

She also praised the pioneering programmes, plans and initiatives adopted by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program to meet the housing needs and services of citizens.

It also shed light on the programs of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to provide social housing services to citizens, within the framework of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to continue implementing plans to secure adequate housing for citizens, in partnership with citizens, and in line with the plans contained in the government program 2023-2026 to provide Adequate housing services.

She pointed out that the new housing financing program contributed to providing housing services to a large number of citizens in record time.

She affirmed the keenness of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to cooperate with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, through the exchange of expertise and experiences, to enrich housing plans in the two brotherly countries.

Al Mansouri praised the Kingdom’s efforts in providing housing services to citizens in partnership with the private sector, pointing to the keenness to strengthen cooperation between the two countries to develop housing services provided to their citizens.
