Our clients are among the largest Omani holding companies in the construction industry. They are currently looking for a hotel manager to be based in Amman.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To assist in the hotel design process
• Management of hotel services, such as accommodation and restaurants.
• Supervising events and conferences.
• Solve problems that arise in hotel operations.
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers.
• Supervising maintenance and renovations.
• Protect security and compliance, and conduct inspections when necessary.
• Management of hotel services, such as accommodation and restaurants.

• Handling complaints with a personal touch to restore customer satisfaction.
• Monitor both competitors, technology trends and innovations in the hospitality industry with the aim of utilizing any insights to build customer relationships.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Must have experience working closely with the design team
• Experience working with a preferred hotel property developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software
• Outstanding personal communication skills and customer service
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with great attention to detail
